FISHING TRIPS
A great introduction to catching Bass and Sea Bream along with Wrasse all on light spinning tackle which will introduce you to the great fighting qualities of these species. We use lures or floats along with live baits for the bass and various ledger techniques baited with squid or worm for the Sea Bream and other species. Rods & tackle can be provided at additional cost or the angler is free to bring their own gear as the case with most of our charters. Rod hire £15

We run 9 hour Offshore trips, fishing the various banks and reefs that are plentiful around the Dorset and Hampshire coasts. These offshore banks reefs offer some great sport fishing for bass, along with tope, bull huss, pollack, and rays being plentiful,

We have access to some of the best wreck fishing available in the UK with numerous wrecks being within the range of Manta Ray. With the benefit of only having to spend 90 mins to reach the mid-Channel wreck as Manta Ray cruises at 30 – 35 kts and 2hs to the wrecks close to the French coast. The cod. pollock and ling fishing can be both back breaking and exciting for the angler using a combination of lures and baits. The famous area of the Needles off the Isle of Wight and the surrounding spoil grounds are home to some huge specimen winter cod and we have caught numerous cod to over 32lb on Manta Ray, using squid and cuttlefish as bait. This area is known to produce some of the best specimens of inshore cod in the South of England and possibly the UK and is only a short distance to travel from our Lymington Marina. Rod hire £15. We travel south west from Lymington to the southern end of the Isle of Wight, approx. 10 miles off St Catherine’s Point and setup our drifts so as to reach the Ripps and surrounding banks where the Thresher and Porbeagle sharks arrive in the summer months.

Our various multiple day charters to the Channel Isles are in search of the specimen turbot, brill, tope and bass fishing that is to be had around the islands abundance of banks. Mainly using the huge live launce as bait, whilst drifting over the banks and reefs. The accommodation for these charters is booked in either Alderney or Guernsey. Rod hire £15.
